Requierments:
Participation in basic course, full-aged, no entries for violent offenses in police record.

6 months:	45,- € per month
12 months:	40,- € per month

Equipment and clothing for regular Krav Maga courses:
Non-marking indoor shoes, black shorts, white or black Krav Maga T-Shirt, groin protection, mouth guard, free-fight gloves. Additional protective gear is recommended in training.
(Equipment can be purchased in training.)

BASIC COURSE

The 10-hour basic course provides with a selection of basic and advanced techniques a thorough overview of Krav Maga. Thus it prepares perfectly for our regular courses. Due to its self-contained assembly the seminar is also a very popular stand-alone self-defence workshop.

10 hours, spread to week-ends as posted.
